		<description>i was really skinny about 4 months ago , all you got to do is 3 things. 1. do chest workouts every 2-3 days such as bench press( and incline) barbell shrugs help and any strong chest workout. 2. eat protein alot like chiken and meats. try not to eat junk foods it gives you fatty look. 3. rest and sleep good , at least 8 hours and in a month you should see some changes in strength and muslce build.</description>
