		<description>Hey man , I go to the gym all the time and I&#039;m happy with my biceps, chest, triceps etc. That all big and toned but the one damn thing I get get rid of is the small amount of fat covering my abs. I mean when I where a tight T, people think I got abs because the rest of my body, and my stomach looks and is thin but  cant get abs. Any advice on excerise of diet would be good. Thanks</description>
