Once again a very nice vid... Sick Tats...Right two questions?

1. Is there a reason that you allow your biceps to return to their normal length? I was always under the impression that you can&#039;t really allow the elbow to straighten out completely (so as to increase/maintain some concentric tension in the muscle). Of course your way works (huge bi&#039;s btw) or do you do both or you don&#039;t really care?

2. Is there a reason for that slight shoulder extension after the curl? Or not?</description>

		<description>@spyked1 Thanks boss! the answere to both of your questions is that the resistance bands are light enough, and because I am not bouncing there is no worry for injury. Also seing how resistance bands are working resistance in both directions I am actually working my tris a little, hence the shoulder. The full extension is just because it&#039;s safe enough with these. Yes with heavy weight I fall short of full extension. You&#039;re the man. I appreciate the comment.</description>
